Home Fires Burning: WWI Fiction

Primary tabs

Much has been written about the shock and horror of the modern warfare introduced on WWI battlefields. This first global conflict also generated a depth of poetry and literature around the experience of war both at home and in the trenches. Join librarian Michele Raine in an exploration of fiction which depicts the hopes, fears, and lives forever changed by the "war to end all wars."

This program takes place at the Wood County Historical Museum, 13660 County Home Rd., Bowling Green.
