Headlines from Home: World War I Newspaper Archive
In time to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the United States’ entry into World War I, the library has completed a project to digitize its colleciton of Daily Sentinel Tribune microfilm for the years 1914 - 1918.
WCDPL is pleased to provide this resource to patrons researching local history as well as those hoping to get an idea of daily life in Wood County during the years of the Great War. The newspaper will be searchable from home and from within the library for free.
