While the library is open for Express Service Hours to the public, we will be posting Storytimes twice a week on our Facebook page. Look for them Tuesdays and Saturdays!

Youth Book Groups

Pizza and Pages, a book discussion group for 6th to 8th graders will resume virtually this fall! September's theme is Historic Pandemicsand we are reading:

  • Fever 1793 by Laurie Halse Anderson, about the yellow fever pandemic of 1793
  • Fever Year by Don Brown, a nonfiction graphic novel about the 1918 Influenza
  • Chasing Secrets by Gennifer Choldenko, about the bubonic plague outbreak in 1900
  • The Great Trouble by Deborah Hopkinson, about the cholera epidemic of 1854
  • A Death-Struck Year by Maiika Lucier, about the 1918 Influenza
